1. Rushan City Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. is established in 1951, and base on Rushan Shipyard to developing. It is a major shipyard in Shandong Province.
2.Rushan Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. was originally established as a medium-sized state-own enterprise in 1951. Presently controls stock for chairman 80% Stock-company, it has developed into a stock company with more than 700 staff, including more than 70 engineering technicians, a floor area of 160,000sq.m., and fixed assets of RMB one hundred and thirty millions. Additionally, it has over 200 pieces/sets of equipments for shipbuilding:
1)slipway: a 120m×25m 5000-ton slipway, two 120m×30m 10000-ton slipways, a 190m×35m 50000-ton dry dock (completed), 210m outfitting quay with a pulling of 100 tons, a 600-ton gantry crane, a new twenty-thousand steel structure workshops and painting workshops.
2)hoisting equipment: a 200-ton traymobile ,a 150-ton self-propelled crane, a 50-ton autocrane, a 150-ton, a 60-ton and 30-ton gantry cranes, ten tower cranes,two SJY03-10 and SJY03-12 lifting platform.
3)cold working equipments: 1000-ton hydraulic machine;WLW3000 NC cold flanging machine;bending rolls;JXW11TNC-25X12500 three-roller plate roll;one sets CT30 steel pretreatment machines;CT15 steel pretreatment machines;two sets removing rust machine;XB-12 edge milling machine; WKQ-5000DS\PDP201PL7500X2800 plasma NC cutting member,three sets 3200×20mmhydraulic plate-shearing machine;two sets bending machines; 160t×3200mm flanging machine,160t cold flanging machine,two sets W27Y-114 hydraulic pipe bending machine.
4) Welding equipment:included four sets KFMPP1 Pro4200 welding equipment,ten sets CO2 gas-shiedlded welder.
5)Machining equipment: φ840mm×12m CWAS6180 stepless speed changing lathe; Ф2500㎜face lathe;boring machine;milling machine;grinding machine;planing machine;drilling machine etc.
6)it has 12 sets woodwork equipments.
7)Testing device: two sets X-ray flaw detector;one set ultrasonic flaw detector;one set magnetic particle flaw detector;one set material testing machine;one set CS automatic analyser;one set MPS analyser;sclerometer;thickness gauge;speedometer;explosion pressure.
It has advanced computer networks covering shipping design, production, logistics, and corporate management to keep its procedure and technique in pace with international shipbuilding industry. In addition to ISO9001: 2000 and AA Credit Enterprise, it has independent right of handling import and export.

From 2003 until now, our company has built a great number of ships in different lengths with single-scull or double-scull: including successively & independently designed and built a 48 meter cargo ro-ro ship that is called Guanglu Island 1#; 43.18 meter steel aluminum structure fishery administration ships; Nine steel aluminum structure fishery administration ships about 300 total weights for the Fishing Command Center of Ministry of Agriculture of PRC and is evaluated the famous brand goods in 2005; One 66 meter Geologic Science Marine Vessels for Qingdao Institute of Marine Geology of Ministry of Land and Resources P.R.C; One 80 meter three star luxury tour ship in Qinghai Lake for Qinghai State-owned Properties Investment Co., and the main hull project had already come to an end. Built and delivered one 37 meter rotary Oil Skimmer which is called “Bihai 1#” for Qingdao Guangming Environmental Technology Co., Ltd.; Eleven Fishing Port Superintendence boat for Ministry of Agriculture; One 1470kW/49m Fishery administration ship for Xiangshan World Bank Investment Item; Three 3300-Tons export Bulk Cargo Tanks; Two 29.5m Tugs for China Communications Import And Export Corporation; Four 32m Ocean Tugs for Nanjing Portree Ships Import & Export Co., Ltd.; Two Multi-functional Supply Ships (named “Shenghai 9” & “Shenghai 10”) for Victory Oilfield Longxi Petroleum Engineering Service Ltd.; Up to now, we have built more than 50 Fishery Administration and Law Enforcement Ships.
Built one 2300DWT & one 3300 DWT stainless steel chemical Tanker for China National Offshore Oil Corporation; One Philippine 3800DWT Product Oil Tanker is delivered on 6-August-2008; 300 class steel aluminum structure fishery administration ship has already completed for Tientsin City; One “Environment Research Ship” has launched on August 10, 2008 for Qingdao Huanhai Ocean Engineering Reconnaissance Academe; Delivery Huizhou Environment Protection Ship on August 30, 2008 for the Oil Extraction Service Filiale of CNOOC Oil Base Group; In the construction of the ship includes: 6500DWT IMO ⅡOIL/CHEMICAL TANKER is total 3+3(option)+3(option) for Denmark Owner, 159000DWT stainless steel chemical tanker is total 6 vessels for Italian Owner and One Oceanographic Research Ship for South China Sea Institute of Oceanology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
